BANKRUPTCY
Our clients benefit from the diversity of our practice. Because we represent significant players in large bankruptcy cases, we are able to provide our clients with a unique perspective into the bankruptcy process and unique insight into likely outcomes that will result from any particular course of action.
We believe that no attorney is better suited to represent a creditor in a bankruptcy case than a lawyer who has represented a debtor, and therefore knows the ins and outs of the bankruptcy code and how to use the process to achieve a desired goal. Similarly, no lawyer can give advice on structuring a bankruptcy transaction as well as an attorney who has represented both sellers and buyers in bankruptcy sales. Official committees are best served by those with experience representing secured lenders, and vice versa.
Our diverse resume sets us apart and enables us to provide our clients with exceptional insights and advice gained from solid experience "working the other side of the street."

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
Our commercial litigation practice spans all Delaware state and federal courts, as well as all forms of alternative dispute resolution. We believe that achieving success in any forum begins with a mutual understanding of the desired result and the likelihood of achieving that outcome. With goals established, we work with our clients to develop a plan designed to achieve the result. Ever mindful that goals and strategies can change, and time and cost constraints will impact any plan, we maintain open and regular communications with our clients to ensure that matters continue to move in the agreed upon direction. Experience tells us that our ability to achieve success for our clients, whether through negotiation or litigation, depends upon a joint commitment to a common end.
