Kerri K. Mumford concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. Kerri K. MumfordKerri’s practice includes representation of both public and non-public companies during all periods of the pre-bankruptcy planning and chapter 11 reorganization processes.  In addition, she represents chapter 7 debtors, official and unofficial committees, secured lenders and other secured creditors, indenture trustees and bondholders, significant trade and other unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers in a variety of national bankruptcy cases, mostly in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Kerri graduated magna cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2001.  While in law school, she was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy and published Who is Responsible for Fraternity Related Injuries on American College Campuses?, 17 J.Contemp. Health L. & Pol’y 737 (2001).  She received her B.A. in political science from High Point University in 1996.  Following graduation from law school, Kerri was an associate at Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling PC (now Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC) before joining Landis Rath & Cobb LLP at its inception in July 2003.

Kerri is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Delaware, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court and the Bankruptcy Section of the Delaware State Bar.
