J. Landon Ellis concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy.

Landon earned his J.D. in 2006 from Vanderbilt University School of Law and graduated in 2003 from Carson-Newman College, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.  While in law school, Landon interned with the Honorable William J. Haynes of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.  Before joining Landis Rath & Cobb, Landon worked at another prominent Wilmington firm in the area of corporate litigation.

Landon is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Delaware.  He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
