Rebecca L. Butcher concentrates her practice in the area of corporate, commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation. Her practice focuses on representation of parties in corporate and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery and federal courts.  Rebecca also regularly represents creditors, lenders and official and unofficial committees in adversary proceedings in the federal courts.

Rebecca graduated from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1999.  While in law school, she was the Executive Student Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.  During law school, Rebecca began her membership in Phi Delta Phi, which she has continued after graduation.  She received her B.A. with distinction in History and Spanish from the University of Virginia in 1996.

Rebecca is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Delaware, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association, for which she is the current Vice Chair of the Litigation Section.
