Jeff concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has represented a variety of interests in complex chapter 11 cases in which his clients have included debtors, official committees, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, officers and directors, and liquidating trusts.

 

While in law school, Jeff authored The Forbidden Crystal Ball: Interpreting "Projected Disposable Income" For Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plans After BAPCPA, 85 Wash, U. L. Rev. 185 (2007). Jeff also served as a Notes Editor and Executive Board member of the Washington University Law Review, and distinguished himself in the school-wide Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition by finishing as a semi-finalist and finalist in successive years.

 

Jeff is a 1998 graduate of Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware. Prior to joining Landis Rath & Cobb, Jeff served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kathianne Knaup Crane of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, in St. Louis, Missouri.  Prior to attending law school, Jeff worked as a financial analyst for CitiMortgage, Inc., in O'Fallon, Missouri.
